Which setup should I use?

Choose Jailbreak if your device is already jailbroken and you use a package manager such as Sileo, Zebra, or Cydia. Choose Sideload for a standard, non-jailbroken device using AltStore, SideStore, Feather, or a similar service.

Installation methods

Jailbroken devices

Install with a package manager

  1. Open Sileo, Zebra, Cydia, or another compatible package manager.
  2. Add the official Rocket repository shown below to your sources.
  3. Refresh your sources, search for Rocket for Instagram, and install the package.
  4. Restart Instagram after the installation completes.

Non-jailbroken devices

Install with a sideloading app

  1. Install the official Instagram app from the App Store first.
  2. Open AltStore, SideStore, Feather, or another compatible sideloading app.
  3. Add the official Rocket source shown below and select Rocket for Instagram.
  4. Complete the installation using the signing method required by your chosen app.
